Hopefully by this time next week, I will be typing on my brand new iMac. I bought the computer at the Apple Store at Apple.com last Wednesday evening.
I can not wait to get my hands on this baby.
It is going to be SWEET!
I have an update on the shipping: Shipped today from Shanghai, China and should be here on the 25th, a Wednesday.
I am pumped now! Gonna have to clear and clean my desk for the iMac.
Tonight I wandered over to Apple.com and saw that they had the Keynote Address by Steve Jobs. In the Address, Jobs covers 4 major areas that Apple has come out with in the first two weeks of 2008.
Simply.Amazing.Stuff.

Back in the early '80's, I had my first experince with an Apple computer. For that time era, the computer was the state of the art you might say, but now it being 2008, the Apple computers will just blow you away (at least, it's doing that for me!)
I never bought an Apple product until several years ago with the Apple iPod. I thought I would never use it, but oh, was I wrong.
Then last month, when I was in Tucson, I bought an Apple iPod Touch. Talk about falling in love hard. I thought I had died and gone to Techie Heaven! Remember when Bilbo in the Lord of the Rings didn't want to give Gandalf the Ring and he hovered over it and drew it close to his chest? I feel like that with my iPod Touch! Man, I just love to glide my fingers over the glass face! Hehe...yeah, I am hit hard with this.
BUT, since I watched the Keynote Address, my new love is now the Apple TV.
Oh.my.goodness.!.
Steve introduced a revamp of the Apple TV and he explained what is new. Oh, I gotta get my hands on that critter!
For only $229.00, I can get one.
Steve Jobs? I hate you for putting me through this torture! (Just kidding).
Hmmmm....my birthday is coming up in 3 months and I will get $$ from my income tax refund. Hehe...
I think I will be enjoying my Apple TV really soon now :D
